A not to be missed month along affair where brightly lighted red lanterns of various sizes, cultural shows, lion dances, eating out and calligraphy exhibitions will endlessly mesmerize one and all. A cultural event showing a variety of percussion and drum music from all over the world. Ethnic dance performances accompany the uncommon music to make this a highly recommended even to watch. A New Year Celebration for Sikh community. Prayers will be perfomed and numerous culture activities showcased during the occasion. There’s also 24 hours free Punjabi Food. It draws dovatees from all over Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. A Al-Quran’s rote competition participated by shelf huffa which represented 14 states. The finding of a ‘special’ cross that draw devotees to pray and worship at the small chapel led to a wider spectrum of believers
in the power of the Cross of Jesus. Annually, different modes of celebration are made available in order to enhance the faith of devotees, not only in the so-called miracles, but more in the true and necessary acceptance of JESUS CHRIST as part and parcel of modern living. A ceremony to celebrate primary school students finished study and involving 12, 000 students from whole state of Melaka. Guest of honor present was TYT and YAB Melaka Chief Minister. Keynote Speakers Paper Presentation Ozone W eek. The Melaka Zoo Adoption Scheme provides opportunity for individuals, private companies and corporate bodies to sponsor wildlife species in the zoo. the sponsorship will help support the cost of maintaning the animals. All sponsorship will be deposited into the Melaka Zoo Trust Fund which is managed by the zoo. Proceed from this trust fund will be used to pay for additional food for the animals, medicine, enclosure improvement and motification. |
