International Aborigines Festival

This unique art festival features the aboriginal/ indigenous peoples from various countries: Maori (New Zealand), Aboriginal (Australian), Zulu (South Africa), Aboriginal (Papua New Guinea), Samoas (Samoa) and Malaysia’s Orang Asli. A highlight is the village lifestyle embedded into musical and danced performances which are rich with presentations, displays and manifestations. Visitors will also be able to view unique crafts and arts during the festival.

37th WAF World Arm-Wrestling Championship

Vanue: Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

The World Armwrestling Federation (WAF) is the official body that governs the sports with 67 countries registered as member and organizes the world championship annually.

The event will last for 10 days with more than 5 categories with different weight classes and set to attract more that 1,500 participants from all over the world.

Malaysia has won to become the next host city of 37th World Arm Wrestling Championship this year and will be the second Asian nation to host WAF World Championship since 2005.
