Having cooking during SkyBar Traders Hotel Puteri Harbour – Johor was one of a many beguiling and memorable cooking for a family! We had a cooking on one of a Saturday dusk someday Nov 2013 during a 2 days 1 night city shun holiday. we appreciated that Ms Aidah and a Executive Chef of SkyBar for a cooking arrangement.
We privately chose a list situated subsequent to a baby pool and had a monumental perspective for a Puteri Harbour night view. While watchful for a cooking to serve, a Chef presented a good bread with 3 opposite salsa on a table.
There were 2 forms of bread and we like a 3 opposite salsa unequivocally much! Garlic, Rosemary and butter. Before we can finish a bread, a starter served…The Caesar Check-mate! Salad.
The appetiser was singular and creative! Nice display on a square of tile and this was a many artistic salad we ever have!
Next appetiser was a ‘SHE Lobster Bisque’.
“Bisque is a smooth, creamy, rarely seasoned soup of French origin,
classically formed on a stretched gas of crustaceans. It can be made

The abounding flavored soup was tantalizing with a uninformed womanlike lobster meat. The rarely seasoned delicious appetiser done a review postponement awhile, everybody only enjoyed unequivocally much. The dull plates tell it all…

That was a smashing cooking for us generally association by a monumental perspective from a surrounding of SkyBar and Puteri Harbour, a dining knowledge was totally can't report by words! You have to try it yourself to feel a different!
