ASWARA is a boutique university that specialises in cultural and artistic disciplines. It acts as a custodian for Malaysia’s cultural and art heritage, serving as a platform to preserve and pass on this knowledge to the younger generations of Malaysians. And what better way to gauge the students’ grasp of knowledge than to actually perform. ASWARA firmly believes in the practicality of arts and cultural performances as a livelihood. Thus, from time to time, the university organises and takes part in events that highlight arts and performances. During these times, ASWARA presents an opportunity for it students to shine in their respective fields.
From now until 27th November 2011, ASWARA is proud to showcase local art talents in a fine art exhibition known as’ The Way We See’. The art exhibition will be held at Galeri Dunia Seni Lukis in Kuala Lumpur and will feature works from our very own artists like Suzlee Ibrahim, Marfizul Azuan Marzuki, Ean Siew Yieen, Fadilah Khalil and others. For more information or location of the art gallery, please contact 03 9281 6868 or 9286 3385.
