These Nachos were handmade from a Chef – Ben. It was crunchy and went good with a special salsa from Food Republique.
Cube distance of summer tomatoes, uninformed garden basil and garlic presented on tip of a crunchy biscuit. It had a small bit of sourness and ambience good for an appetizers!
Fried Polenta is one of a friend’s Favorite, it’s an Italian corn plate boiled to perfection. It was crispy from a outdoor skin and soft, dainty inside, we tasted with and but a homemade sauce…both perfect! Don’t skip this appetizer!
After taken a apprtizers, we had another dainty soup – Chicken Clam Chowder. Rich tawny duck and clams installed with potatoes in a clams bottom soup. Another astounded for us! The finely chopped clams churned good with a tawny duck soup…I like it!
After a brief break, a categorical courses started to presented on a list one-by-one…
The initial was a Grilled Chicken Chop.
The image of Grilled Chicken Chop served with a US Russet Potato Fries, Roasted vege and a homemade sharp black peppers sauce. The duck was good cooking with a special seasoning, good burn with a spices and proposal inside! And a homemade salsa played a large partial of a dish, Delicious!
The ambience was good and formidable to described by words, with a good multiple of a burn outdoor skin and a luscious duck inside. You have to try this if we are a duck clout lover.
Followed by a Beef Bacon Burger.
The large distance Burger served with a US Russet Potato Fries and corn. It was a sum opposite knowledge on a burger! As for me, my knowledge with burgers usually from a quick food grill and a Malay case along a street…but this was totally new knowledge for me! The patty was good prepared and churned good with a bacon, we like a impulse when nipping on a burn grilled bacon! Mr Ben told me before, they offer a varieties of good burger. And my crony also beheld me that one of a unequivocally good burger – Honey Glazed Burger that is off a menu too…

Next, a Pan Fried Milked Fish.
The butter fish dipped into their special seasoned and easily flour patted, vessel boiled with a ideal timing. Served with crushed potatoes and roasted churned vegetables.
The fish was unequivocally luscious inside with a swig of butter flavor! Beside that, it went good with a spices outward and it was another tasty plate offer by Food Republique!
Texas Honey Glazed Australia Beef Ribs. This was a plate we were watchful for…
The ribs served in about 600-700 grams, it’s good for 2-3 persons. The ribs were grilled with a Texas sauce, proposal inside and somewhat sweet. You have to try a 2 opposite approach that are…with and but a sauce. Some partial of a ribs was dry since of a figure that a feverishness frequency strech to each partial of it, but…it’s time that we can concede with a sauce…
