The competition is back! No, a Malaysia Formula One Race during Sepang is already over for a year, so given it is nearby Independence Day, it has to be a Malaysia Merdeka Endurance Race 2011. This year’s competition date has altered to coincide with Malaysia Day celebrations on 16th September, instead of being run on Merdeka Day, that is a 31st of August.
While a Formula One competition seems some-more renouned here in Malaysia, this continuation competition positively has a satisfactory share of fans. This year’s competition is a 12th edition, and will see competitors from all over a world, including teams of drivers from universe eminent continuation array including a LeMans 24 Hours, Nurburgring 24 Hours and Dubai 24 Hours entrance to a Sepang competition lane to surpass any other as they put their cars to a limit. The Malaysia Merdeka Endurance Race is a 12 hour competition where cars are driven nonstop around a Sepang circuit.
A sum of 49 cars have reliable their entrance with a bulk entrance from a Touring Production with 29, followed by 11 in a GT Class and 9 in a Sport Production. Special notice should be given to Le Mans champion, Marcel Fassler who will positively be a male to kick during this year’s competition along with Frank Biela from Germany and compatriot, Marco Werner who reliable their entrance for Belgian Audi in a GT Class.
Practice sessions will take place on 15th September, while subordinate sessions are on 16th September. The tangible competition starts during 12 noon on 17th Sep and will finish during midnight.
